At Izhar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly manuals, and protective padding are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from your email and securely attach it to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
